We recommend arriving at least a day before the wedding — either on Friday or Saturday morning. Oradea is a beautiful city with plenty to explore, so giving yourself extra time makes the trip much more enjoyable. From the Art Nouveau centre to the thermal waters, cafés, and relaxed riverside walks, there’s lots to see.

If you’d like to make a weekend out of it (or even stay longer), Oradea and its surroundings are absolutely worth it!

Summer can be busy in Oradea, so we recommend booking as early as possible — especially if you prefer staying near the city centre or along the river. Flights also tend to be cheaper when booked in advance.

The dress code is elegant — reception or gala style. Think evening dresses, jumpsuits, suits and anything that makes you feel dressed up. And since it’s summertime, light and breathable fabrics (like linen) are more than welcome!

If you’d like to switch outfits between the ceremony and the party, go for it — some guests enjoy having a second look for the evening but you don’t need to.

Our colours include deep greens, forest tones, pale pink, and touches of gold, but there’s no need to stick to the palette. Wear whatever feels like you 💃🕺

Guests are welcome to make their own way to the venue.

Taxis and Bolt are easily available in Oradea, and parking is available at or near the venue. Our wedding venue is about 20 mins by car from the city centre.

Late June in Oradea is usually warm and sunny, with daytime temperatures typically ranging from 26–32°C (78–90°F). Evenings tend to be comfortable, sometimes dropping to 18–22°C (64–72°F).

It’s a great time of year to enjoy the city, but it can feel quite warm during the day, so light and breathable fabrics are perfect — especially for the outdoor moments of the celebration. A light layer for the evening is optional but nice to have.

Tip: If you’re planning to explore the city, bring sunscreen and comfortable shoes — Oradea is best enjoyed on foot.

We know a pool at a wedding isn’t exactly traditional — but we’re making the most of it! The pool will be open and usable after the ceremony, which is perfect given the warm June weather (kids will especially love it).

There will be changing areas and towels available for anyone who wants to take a dip.

And yes… we’re planning a big pool moment later in the evening. Guests are very welcome to join in — whether that’s in a bathing suit or in full gala outfit for dramatic effect. 😉

So if you’re tempted, bring a swimsuit… or just bring the energy.
